• Check education records to ensure that courses are approved for continuing education or pre-license credit, and the instructors are approved.

Licensing

• Search for a salesperson or broker to view license information, employment history and disciplinary actions.
• Search for a company to view license information, employees, branch offices, disciplinary actions and the designated broker.
• Check to see if a company is registered with the Real Estate Licensing web site for processing online transactions.

Subdivisions

• Search for and download Public Reports.

Administrative Actions

• Search for and download Orders issued by the Department.

Other

• Download lists of data that can be imported into your own applications for creating reports, generating statistics, etc.
